Ingredients for Chicken Pakora (Pakoda): Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg boneless Oil - 2 tablespoon Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Green Chillies - 2 no's chopped Onion - 1 no's chopped Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon each Vinegar - 2 teaspoon Curd/yogurt - 1 cup Lime juice - 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Method for Chicken Pakora (Pakoda): Blend all ingredients except chicken in blender till smooth paste. Marinate the chicken pieces with the blended mixture/paste. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Put chicken in batter. Deep fry it until its color changes to golden brown Condiments. Enjoy Chicken Pakora (Pakoda) with mint chutney or tomato ketchup. |
