Ingredients:
3 cups Flour
1 1/2 cup Radish, finely grated
A handful Radish leaves, sliced
A handful Coriander leaves, sliced
2 chopped Green chilies
1/2 tsp. Chopped Ginger
1 tsp. Ajwain (Oregano seeds)
Salt and Chili powder According to taste
Ghee (clarified butter) for Parathas
Serve with
Serve hot with a tbsp. of butter and a bowl of curd.

Method:
1. First of all mix together the salt and flour and rub in the Ghee(clarified butter), then add enough water to make a stiff dough.
2. Now prepare a mixture of the remaining ingredients together and keep aside.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a shape of puri and spread the radish mixture on it.
4.Now seal the edges nicely and sprinkle a little flour and roll the paratha in a round shape.
5. Grease a tava (griddle) with Ghee(clarified butter) and place the paratha over it, when done on one side turn on the other side and apply Ghee(clarified butter) again and fry properly till both sides turn golden colored.

Idea if u saute for few seconds these grated mooli and add small portion of gram flour in stuffing mixture the paratha dough would not be soggy or soft while rolling up parathas and it will bake properly.
