Ingredients for Peda: khoya - 1/2 kg Sugar - 1/4 Kg powdered Cardamom - 3 no's powdered Cardamom seeds - 5 no's crushed Pistachios - 5 nos's crushed Method for Peda: Grate the khoya, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Heat it in a heavy based saucepan on high level for 1 minute and then reduce to low level heat till it is done. Allow to cool, shape pedas with palms into patty rounds. Put pistachios and cardamom seeds and press a bit on top of each peda. Enjoy Peda. |
