Ingredients for Sabudana Kheer:
Sabudana (Sago) - 1 cup
Sugar (Chini) - 1 cup
Milk (Doodh) - 1 litre
Cardamom (Hari illaichi) - 3 no's
Saffron (Kesar) - A few strands
Method for Sabudana Kheer:
Soak the sabudana in water for 10 minutes.
Boil milk with the sugar, crushed cardamom .
Drain the excess water from soaked sabudana and add to the boiling milk.
Boil until the sabudana becomes swollen and translucent by adding some cup of water.
Soak the saffron in 1 tablespoon of cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze the color from flakes and add water to the boiling milk.
Enjoy hot Sabudana Kheer.
