Ingredients 20 - badams (almonds), blanched and peeled 20 - pistas, blanched 10 to 12 strands - saffron, soaked in 1 tbsp - warm milk 2 cups - chilled milk 1 1/2 tbsp - sugar 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder For Garnishing: thin slices of almonds thin slices of istas
Method: Make a smooth paste of almonds and pistas. In a bowl, add all the ingredients. Electrically beat to whip till frothy. Pour into tall chilled glasses. Garnish with almonds and pistas. Serve immediately while still frothy. |
