Dahi Wale Aloo
Ingredients: Potatoes (Boiled) 4 medium size Whisked Curd 1 cup Jeera a pinch Oil for tadka Sendha Namak to taste Black Pepper Powder to taste Method Mash the boiled potatoes and keep aside. In a kadai heat the oil and sputter the jeera. Put the potatoes in the kadai and saute for 2 minutes. After the potatoes are crispy, add the curd. Add salt and the pepper powder according to your taste. Let simmer for 2 /3 minutes. Sprinkle corriander leaves and serve. User Comments & Tips Use thick curd. |
