Aam Chutney
Ingredients: 2 raw green mangoes (chopped) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander seeds 2 red chilies (finely chopped) 3 tablespoons fresh mint or cilantro (coriander) leaves (finely chopped) 1 tablespoon oil salt to taste Preparation 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan. 2 Roast the cumin and coriander seeds and the chilies for a few minutes. 3 Remove and place in a blender with mangoes, salt, mint/cilantro and some tablespoon water. 4 Grind to a smooth paste. |
