Ingredients: 1 CUP CHANA DAL 3/4 CUP SUGAR 1/2 CUP COCONUT MILK(OR WATER) 2 SPOONS RICE POWDER 1/4 SPOON CARDOMOM POWDER 5 SPOONS OF GHEE FRIED CASHEWNUT AND RAISINS. Method COOK CHANA DAL IN COOKER. TAKE KADAI MIX CHANA DAL,SUGAR,COCONUT MILK,RICE POWDER AND STIR TILL IT REACHES SEMI SOLID STATE. ADD GHEE AND CARDOMOM AND STIR FOR ONE MNT. REMOVE FROM FIRE. GARNISH WITH CASHEWNUT AND RAISINS. |
