Mutton Kohlapuri
Ingredients:
Mutton: 1.5kg, onions : 250gms, ginger : 50gm, garlic: 30gm, red chilli powder : 20 gm, coriander seeds : 20gm, cumin : 20gm, dry coconut : 30gm, poppy seeds : 30 gm, cloves : 5gm, peppercorns : 5 gm, dagadphool : 2 gm, cinnamon : 10 gm, turmeric : 20 gm, salt : 20gm, oil: 200ml

Method:
Clean and cut lamb into one inch cubes.
Heat oil, fry onions to a light brown colour, add ginger-garlic paste and fry well.
Roast and grind the remaining spices.
Add lamb pieces and fry.
Add turmeric, salt and tomatoes.
Fry well.
Add powdered (or ground) spices and sufficient water to cook lamb.

Serve the Mutton Kolhapuri hot, garnished with chopped green coriander.
