Lemon Pickle
Ingredients: 6 Lemons 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Methi seeds 1/4 tsp Mustard Chopped ginger 15 Green chillies Small pinch hing 2 tsp Oil 2 tsp Salt Cooking Instructions: Add turmeric and salt. Leave it for 5 days. Cut lemon into pieces. Sprinkle red chilli powder over lemon pieces and stir well. Fry methi seeds dry and grind. Boil 2 cups of water and pour this into the soaked lemon. Fry ginger, mustard, hing and green chillies in oil. Add this to the above mixture. When the mixture becomes cool, put the roasted methi powder. |
